Work Orders to Print

By default, the Orders list at the bottom of the page displays any work orders that were entered into the LegalSuite database that day. You can click on an order number to view more details on that work order. You can change what is displayed on that list by specifying search criteria at the top of the page:
1. Search Option – Specify whether you want to search the LegalSuite database by Date or by Order Number.

2. Start Date – In this case, “date” means the date a work order request was first entered into the database. Enter the earliest date for which to search work orders. Type a date or select from the calendar icon.

3. End Date – Enter the latest date for which to search work orders.

4. Print All Documents – Check this box if you would like all documents pertaining to this work order to be printed. Otherwise only details regarding the work order will be printed.

5. Click on the GO button to initiate the search. The Orders list will be updated to display all the work orders that satisfied your search criteria.
