Where to Begin

a. The Navigation Bar is located at the top of the page just below the LegalSuite logo. It is viewable at all times while logged on to the LegalSuite application.

b. What you see on the Navigation Bar depends on what access privileges you have on LegalSuite.

c. Move your mouse over each category name to see the drop down options. Once you have found the program you are looking for, simply click and the program name and a tab for that program will load below the Navigation Bar.

a. From the LegalSuite main page you can click on any link provided on the page. The page will be updated to display the program or link that was activated.

b. To return to the LegalSuite main page at any time, simply click on the LegalSuite logo on the upper left hand corner of the LegalSuite page.

The Run Command box may be used if you are familiar with the program codes. For example: Cash Receipts Entry = ARCR.

a. Simply enter the program code in the input field, then click on the GO button or hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

b. The program will load, creating a tab on the LegalSuite window for that program. The name of the tab is the program code itself.

c. Example: Enter "ARCR" in the Run Command input field and click on the GO button. A tab called "ARCR" will be created for the Cash Receipts Entry program.

a. Favorite Programs are always listed on the right-hand side of the LegalSuite page. Click on a link in the box to run that specific program. If a tab is already open for that program, it will now become active.

b. To add a program to your Favorites list:

c. The list of Favorites can be customized and saved by each user according to their preference for faster access.

a. This feature appears directly below the tab interface.

b. This feature allows you to navigate back one page.

c. It is highly suggested to use this method while in the LegalSuite application rather then using the Back button of your browser.
