Through this menu selection, you have the ability to upload customer user data to create customer user entries into the LegalSuite database rather than creating each entry manually. Make the menu selection
Administration⇒Utilities⇒Customer User Import from the navigation bar.

1. Upload - Enter the name of the file that contains the list of customer user information that you wish to upload into the LegalSuite database. Or click on the Browse button to bring up the file selection menu. You can browse the files on your computer and select the file to upload.
The file must be in Microsoft Excel (.xls) format. Each customer user is defined by a set of data; the data includes the user name, contact information, type of user (for example, lawyer, accounting staff, or administration), security level, and password.
2. UPLOAD Button - Click on the UPLOAD button to upload the file into LegalSuite.
3. SAVE Button - Click on the SAVE button to import the data into the LegalSuite database. When the Excel file is imported, the data will be used to create a customer user entries in the LegalSuite database for each customer user in the file.
To see a list of customers users currently in the LegalSuite database, make the menu selection Customers⇒Customer Users from the navigation bar.
