Fixes:
1. Fixed Serve Work order printout for multiple addresses and description.
2. Fixed Search for Proof or Affidivit lookup to stay focused on the area.
3. Fixed the way that we pull AR data for the customer in Customer master maint, and New Order. Use the AR data table.
Changes:
1. Changed the way we handle proofs /affidavits. The prgram has been re-written to use PDFs. The PDf's can be downloaded from any source and modified to work. We simply fill in the fields with our package. For example if you download a POS010 Proof of Service Summons form, and use Adobe Acrobat Professional to add fields in (listed in Form Tokens) the fields will fill in when the form is printed. More information about this is available in the help area under Administration/Form Maintenance. ANY form can be created use these tokens.
2. Renamed Proof Maint to Form Maintenance. The program now handles Form letters, Affidavits, Subpoenas, and Dilligence forms.
3. Added program under Administration called Form Tokens. It lists all the variables that can be filled in when printing forms. For example %Server_Name% will fill in the person that completed the serve.
4. Added in Copy Service. The copy service user can also select to generate Subpoena's and Form letters. The system stores and uses multiple Records Locations, Ship to addresses, and Parties to Notice. These can be reused during the next order. Might still change as we move along in testing.
5. Added in Subpoena Service. This order process is a copy of the Serve process with the ability to select and print a Subpoena. Subpoenas can also attach an addendum. Might still change as we move along.
6. Changed case maint to have a list of associated orders below the case detail.
7. Changed proof form reprint and work order maint to use the new proof forms.
8. Added in Due date to all order types.
