To create new or edit existing sales people and their commission rate.

In order to build your client base and expand your business, you need sales representatives to represent your company and showcase what services you have to offer. As administrator, you can enter sales representative information into the LegalSuite database and specify what territories your sales people represent.
EditView Sales Representatives
To view a list of sales representatives currently defined in LegalSuite, make the menu selection
Administration⇒System Codes⇒Sales Representatives from the navigation bar.

To view information regarding a specific sales representative, click on a name on the list. The Sales Representative Details page will appear with details regarding that person. Refer to the section "Add a Sales Representative for an explanation of each field on that page.
EditAdd A Sales Representative
To add a new sales representative, click on the
ADD NEW ENTRY button on the Sales Representatives page.

All fields marked with an asterisk "*" are required.
1. Name* - Enter the name of the sales representative.
2. Commission Rate - Enter the percentage for this person's commission rate.
3. Address 1*, Address 2, City*, State*, Zip Code* - Enter this person's address.
4. Phone, Fax, Email - Enter this person's contact information.
5. Click on the SAVE button to create a new sales representative entry. Click on the CANCEL button to discard your changes.
EditEdit an Existing Sales Representative
1. Select a sales representative to edit.
There are two ways in which you can select a sales representative:
- From the Sales Representatives page - if you are viewing the list of sales representatives, click on the "Edit" link for that person.
- From the Sales Representative Details page - if you are viewing the details for a sales representative, click on the EDIT DETAILS button on that page.
The Sales Representative Details page will appear.
2. Make changes as necessary. Refer to the section "Add a Sales Representative" for an explanation of each of the input fields.
3. Click on the UPDATE button to save your changes. Click on the CANCEL button to discard your changes.

EditDelete an Existing Sales Representative
1. Select a sales representative to delete. Refer to the section "Edit a Sales Representative" on how to select a code.
2. The Sales Representative Details page will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Click on the DELETE button to remove the sales representative from the LegalSuite database.
4. You will be asked to confirm that you wish to delete that person. Click on "OK".
5. The code will be deleted from the LegalSuite database. It will no longer be seen on the Sales Representatives page.
