LegalSuite offers a wide variety of programs that you can use to manage and maintain your business. You may only want certain groups to perform one set of programs while other groups you want to perform a different set of programs. Through Program Authorizations, you can specify what groups have access privileges to what LegalSuite programs.
EditView Programs
To view a list of programs LegalSuite executes, make the menu selection
Administration⇒Security⇒Program Authorizations.

EditDefine Access Privileges
1. Click on a program name from the Permission Maintenance page.
 Select groups that can use program |
2. Program Name, Program Code - These non-editable fields show what program you are setting permissions for.
3. Program Code - Click on a group that can access this program. If more than one, hold down the CTRL key while making selections.
4. Click on the SAVE button to set these permissions; click on the CANCEL button to discard your changes.
