EditOverview
The database can be used to store information on both active and inactive customers. Active customers are those that you are currently doing business with. Inactive customers are those that you no longer do business with. You can keep the data for these customers in your database for archival or informational purposes.
EditView Active Customers
To view a list of your active customers, in other words customers that are currently doing business with you, make the menu selection
Reports⇒Active Customers from the navigation bar.

EditGenerate Report
Click on the
EXPORT button to export the report onto a Windows Excel spreadsheet.
Click on the
PRINT button to print the Active Customers Report. The Preview window will appear with controls similar to Adobe Reader that allow you to view, print, save, and scroll through the document.
