Documents, We need to change the look here, if user chooses up load, it starts all over from left to right, the look changes. Should be uniform left to right as the page refreshes.
1. Move description instructions from the bottom to right of “Documents” and change to “Fill in the required information and click on the "Add" button. Additional documents may be added by repeating this step, 10 mb per document.” wc someone did it smaller narrower font.
2. Remove “Type” and drop down. Replace with # of pages. wc
3. Column Order, #, Sent Via, File Upload, Title, # of Pages, Size, Add/edit. Default Sent Via to "Upload" wc
4. Do not refresh the screen for each Type Chosen. wc can't do it because file upload control does not work with update panel. paul

7. “# of Pages” if filled in paul, auto fills billing item in “Work Order Billing” wilson
