1. Research Order form.

⇒a. Is it possible to have "Rapid legal Employee Use only" static at the bottom of page? Also edit the text, needs a space.

⇒ b. "Copies" does not copy over from bullet, Plain or Certified.

⇒c. See the first document from 9/28 bug list. There was a Header "Documents", requested it to be renamed to "Research / Copy Information" This should be placed on the left below "Case Name" above the dotted line.

⇒d. Move left The text that is right justified in the newly named section "Research /Copy Information. looks off out to the right.


¤2. Proofs, not sure where we are at.

¤3. Emails, requested drop down for job type. There will be separate emails based on Job tupes.

¤4. Edit Order Details, Documents.

¤5. Edit Status creates a new line instead of replacing the old one.

6. Close Order, too many locked items. Should only be product code, if there is an extended area then it shows. Base product code should not show.

¤7. Customer Portal - I sent the columns yesterday. Looking at the look today, columns still not there. Is the Menu Bar at the top part of the new look. I thought it was on the side? Not sure what the purple flag is for, we don't have that one in servesuite. I like it better than yellow. Yellow and orange look alot alike. In the column list I took the flag out.

8. As for document storage, every thing needs to be converted to pdf at upload. We should not be allow to change a document the customer uploads. If compression is available we should include it. Some customers are scanning almost 1mb per page, our Sharp machine here scans 40kb to 60kb per page. This will save alot of storage space if uploaded documents can be compressed.

9. Court Maintenance Search, I searched for Alameda and it gave 1 listing. Needs to search county aswell, so all courts in the county show up.

10. Order #100347 had area assiged to inactive employee, so it did not assign the order. The next in line for the area was Alcarlo, who is active. The program should have assigned it to Alcarlo.

11. Order #100348 did not assign employee and picked "WCAB" for court type instead of "Superior"

12. File and Serve - Need ability for user to change Service Level when completing serve information.

13. Serve Order Print - "File and Serve" The order notes "Same Day Filing" at the top. We don't need another form here should be able to use the "Serve" print order.

10/11/07

1. Customer Maintenance - Search All for Jackson, screen just refreshed.

2. Customer Maintenance - Add new customer gives error.

3. Close Order - When there "Area" has a fee, needs description. I can't find where to edit this, should note "Extended Area Surcharges"

4. Customer Portal - My Jobs, Column Order, Case Name, Case Number, Jurisdiction/Party, Job Type, Attorney, Contact, Client Matter #, Order #, Status (Order was already fixed, but David requested this order)

5. Customer Portal - Profile, we need option for them to edit their Register info. Option needed to show all customer assigments or just theirs. And Option needed to remove columns, Case Name, Jursidiction/Party, Order # and Status should remain locked.

6. New Order - Serve, Next to right of Capacity drop down need text field "Agent for Service". If filled in show up on order from above Business Name.

7. Add Buttons - Can we have text appear if mouse glides over image to note what user needs to add. Example for Attorney or Contact the add button has text appear when you glide mouse over image, "Add Attorney" and "Add Contact" There are other buttons aswell.

8. New Order "Jurisdiction" need option to add Jurisdiction. Then all the text fields for adding jurisdiction come up similar to Add Attorney.

9. New Order "Case List" Columns and order, Case Number, Case Name, Jurisdiction, Created.

10. Case Maintenance Columns and order, Customer Number, Case Number, Case Name, Jurisdiction, Created.

11. Customer Portal - Cases Columns and order, Case Number, Case Name, Jurisdiciton, Attorney, Contact, Client Matter, Created.
