During work order processing, status for work orders can be updated several times a day, depending on what progress is made with the work order. Your customer contacts can be emailed nightly with any status updates for all their work orders. To view a list of what will be sent with the next export, make the menu selection
Administration⇒Utilities⇒Status Export from the navigation bar.

Click on the EXPORT button to export the displayed data onto an Excel spreadsheet and email the appropriate contacts.
