If you know a specific work order number, you can view its details instantly through Work Order Maintenance and edit the information if necessary. Make the menu selection
Orders⇒Work Orders⇒Work Order Maintenance from the navigation bar.

EditView a Work Order
1. Type in the order number you are interested in on the Work Order Maintenance page.
2. Click on the GO button to initiate the search.
3. If found, the Work Order Details will appear with information for that work order.

EditEdit a Work Order
Enter a work order number on the Work Order Maintenance page and click on the
GO button. The Work Order Details page will appear:
1. The Order Type for the work order you are viewing can be seen on the right side of the page. Edit the input fields as necessary, for example add, edit, or remove documents for the work order or case. Do this by clicking on the Documents tab. Use the pencil icon to edit and the red "x" icon to delete.
2. There are additional tabs, such as "Status Updates", "Close Order", and "Print", which are explained in the section for Branch Status Board. You can update the status of the work order but it can only be closed through Branch Status Board.
3. Click on the SAVE button to save your changes; click on the CANCEL button to discard your changes.
EditDelete a Work Order
1. Enter a work order number on the Work Order Maintenance page and click on the GO button.
2. The Work Order Details page will appear.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the CANCEL ORDER button.
4. You will be asked to confirm you wish to cancel the order. Click on 'OK'.
5. The work order will be removed from the LegalSuite database.
