Urgent Items

1. Ori - bad search, not info panel came up. Breadcrumb is wrong.

2. When adding a new contact in Customer users, please default to active

3. When adding a new customer and using the add button for a number, it's not checking to see if it exists and moving on.

4. Court maint, the second column collapses faster then the others. It’s really important. Plus the extra space in area. Need a new column for Court type. Not Completed

5. My orders has a blank info panel come up when you close your browser and reenter.

6. Search in attempt codes does not work, try filing. Plus the pager disappears.

8. Info panel is wrong on the right side for open orders.

9. Invoice amount in ARI, CSE, Aging are all wrong. Missing the fees. And it closed them. ARI still has one column worng, Inv Amount

10. Aging is showing zero's. They should not be there.

11. The automatic billing is not working for CC accounts, failed never saw it in CC company.

14. G/L accounts are wrong on CSE print, should be the Cash one and receivables.

17. Front page data is incorrect for open orders, see email data

18. Need to publish to all sites when tested out.

19. Setup DGR in QB.

20. With Proof Form Reprint or Open Orders, Go to Close Order tab of a work order and click on Proof Code search icon. The window grays out but the popup proof search window doesn’t appear.

21. With Open Orders, the status of an order says “Complete” but on Branch Status Board it says “Dispatched”. (#100091-01 on demo.matrixlegalsuite.com)

22. It’s not clear what to enter in the search field for Proof Form Reprint. Seems to take anything.

23. Autobill, not not pay the correct amount, fees, etc..

From email

1. intro page is no longer showing the bulletins. One is entered under global notes.

2. In company maint, we need to expand the name field in the DB and text box. Make sure it fixes the intro page.

3. Work order print does not work with multiples or singles. The columns in there sometimes show the $$ and sometimes zero. Should show the product price.

4. When importing orders, there is a style issue at the top and when you click view all. Cant see buttons.

5. When I status update a serve with personally served (or whatever closes it), and choose an address, can the address be selected automatically in the dropdown on the close order tab?

6. When selecting a proof, big time style errors in here. Hanging outside the lightbox.

7. Invoice post failed. It’s still in post, but put the sales on the front page, and in AR but not on the sales report or aging. Need to erase this one from the db.

8. Search in ARI is missing or broke.

9. Time in attempts are duplicated.

10. NOt using system times for status updates and order times.o

11. Do status updates print on proofs.
