1. Status - Tried to add a status on closed order in Work Order Maintenance. Did one, but can't do any more and error comes up.1a. Phone codes failed today- I have 3 orders, 101285, 286 & 287 all assigned to Jerry Topolos, affiliate from San Francisco. When we login as affiliate on phone those orders are not there. There is 101246 an LA filing Declined by Alcarlo, but not red in Branch Status Board. - 'February 22'2. 4. Case Maint- Attorney/Contact - Opened active case, made changes to either Attorney or Contact dropdown. When saving the change for Attorney, it would advise to pick contact. (vice-versa if changing for Contact). It seems to reset the drop down to "Select". - 'February 22' 5. Invoice Print- Errors on orders with -01. -

6. Vendor commissions - Product Code - Need ability to assign alternate product code if multiples are billed. (Serve) - If served same date/time/case file need "Additiional Entity" Product Code to appear in place of product code chosen. - 'February 22'
Vendor Commissions - Need 2 more fields, (Extended Area) - Need the the option to pay Vendor Extended Area Fee. (Multiple Billing) - If Serve and served same date served/time served/case file than this would be only fee paid. If File/Research, same date completed, same jurisdiction this would be the only fee paid.7. Utilities emails forms - %PartyToServe% variable is not working. New Order for Serve, Party does not show up. JJ tested out ok for me12. Customer Portal - Past deadline page - Something about the text, if you match with LS, CP is formatted a little different which causes the last word or 2 in the 2nd paragrach to create a 3rd line. Fee Column should be rigth justified. Do not show billing description and fee if "0.00" Billing. Biling Date and Total Amount Due are not completed . They should be larger and at the bottom just above the Payment Info box. One on the left an the other
on the right. The Case Info between Requested by and Job Informatioin needs to be centered. Too close to Requested by. -

Customer portal thank you page/printing tab-"Print File Receipt" shows up for all products. Ok to just have "Print Receipt" Take the "File" out. -

21. Customer portal print tab- needs uploaded documents. - 'February 22'22. Extended area fee- Ready to close, but Extended area fee not correct. Changed, but did not change on order. Can that refresh after the order has started. Seems to work off of Product Codes when Order is generated and that’s it. -
