To view users that are currently accessing the LegalSuite system.

Overview

As administrator, you have the ability to check who is currently logged on and using your LegalSuite application. Make the menu selection Administration⇒Utilities⇒Concurrent Users from the navigation bar.

Concurrent Users

All the users that are currently logged on to LegalSuite will be displayed on this page, with a time and date stamp indicating when they logged on. Click on the “Sign Out” link for a user in order to log off that user from the system.

This feature is helpful if, for example, a user cannot log on to computer A because he or she is already logged on at computer B. The administrator can log off the user at computer B so that the user can now log on to computer A.
