EditOverview
You can view version and licensing information regarding the LegalSuite application that your company is using. You can also upload a new license or update license details.
Make the menu selection
Administration⇒Updatse⇒Version History / Licensing from the navigation bar. The page that gets displayed has 2 sections; the top section displays the version information; the bottom section displays the licensing information.
EditVersion History
In this section, you can view the current version of LegalSuite software that your company is running. You can also click on the “View History” link to see a history of changes that have been made to the software.

EditLicensing
In this section, you can upload a new license for LegalSuite, view a list of current licenses, or view details for the current license.

Licensing Info:
1. Upload – To upload an existing license for the software you are using, enter the file path. Or click on the Browse button to bring up the file selection window.
2. SAVE Button – Once a file is specified, click on the SAVE button to save the licensing information into the LegalSuite database. The displayed licensing details will be updated with information from the uploaded file.
Request a New License:
1. Name – Enter your name here.
2. Product – Select from the pull-down menu the product for which you are requesting a new license. By default, The LegalSuite application will be chosen.
3. User Upgrade – Select from the pull-down menu the number of users that the license is for.
4. Options – Select from the pull-down menu the maintenance option you would like applied to this new license.
5. SUBMIT Button – Click on this button to submit your request for a new license. A Sales representative from Matrixwebs, LLC will contact you with your license information.
