Add new or edit existing proof forms

Edit

Adding A New Proof Form

a. Click on the "Add New Entry" link in the upper right corner

b. Type in a Proof Code number

c. Name the Proof Code

d. Check the Force Print box if necesssary

e. Select either Found or Not Found from the drop down list

f. Upload the proof form fil if available

g. Create or Copy and Paste the form in the text field box below - you may use the path codes to simplify the task

h. Save your changes if complete

i. You may also wish to see the Print Preview version, Cancel or Delete

Edit An Existing Proof Form

a. Click on the Proof Form that you wish to modify

b. Make the desired changes to the description, file or form or all if necesasary

c. Save, Cancel, Preview, or Delete
