EditOverview
The database can be used to store information on both inactive and inactive customers. Active customers are those that you are currently doing business with. Inactive customers are those that you no longer do business with. You can keep the data for these customers in your database for archival or informational purposes.
EditView Inactive Customers
To view a list of your inactive customers, in other words customers that are no longer doing business with you, make the menu selection
Reports⇒Inactive Customers from the navigation bar.

EditGenerate Report
Click on the
EXPORT button to export the report onto a Windows Excel spreadsheet.
Click on the
PRINT button to print the Inactive Customers Report. The Preview window will appear with controls similar to Adobe Reader that allow you to view, print, save, and scroll through the document.
