Dropdowns are:
Order Print (used in the order programs)
Invoice Print (used in invoice print and reprint)
Proof Print (used in Serves and later Subpoena)
Subpoena Print (not used yet)
Report Print (used for all reports, including journals)
So we should have a way to add which printers will show on the dropdown, either a multiple select box or something like that. Then we also need to show which is the default printer.
Choices should include:
All printers on the server.
Remote
Email
Screen
Do not print
