General

G.MS.10.24.07.1- Edit mode needs gray boxes, each list view needs Edit if Write permissions exist.

G.MS.10.24.07.2- Invoice and oders need to print via Crystal reports. Jan 1

G.MS.11.19.07.2.- We need a process to test. All New Open orders should list in Open Orders, Branch Status, My Orders. They should be accessable and changable in Order maint. All Status complete orders should be accessable in Order Maint, Branch status, and Open Orders. Undelivered proofs should list all orders that has the checkbox unselected for proof of delevery. New- cannot bill an order with an undelivered proof. Order reprint is simply a rerpint of the order by order number. When an order is closed an billed it can be looked up via Order maint, but not changed. It should list in Closed Orders, by search. In closed orders give the ability to reprint the Proof, order and Invoice.

A.CM.11.19.07.1- Need an area to set Order Activation Limit in Minutes and Order Status Update limit in minutes. Use these to enforce new orders. For example if set at 30 minutes the order would turn yellow on the Branch Status board and My orders if not accepted in that period. Same with new ststus updates. 11.20.07 Create this in Product Codes, it is based on Service Level for each Base Product. Need Activation Time and Status Time for each. Joe

O.NO.11.19.07.6- New order is missing credit limit at the top right.

O.NO.11.19.07.11- Big change- On Serves where we add addiotnal parties to Serve, move the button from the print page to one page before. Put along side Submit order. Title Add Additional Party. When chosenSubmit the order but skip the print page. They would like the print page to show up when the process is complete and list all the orders in this format, woth a print button for each (see me will not format correctly in wiki):

O.PR.11.30.07.1- Customer Portal completes order, prints this receipt, html ok, for all orders. Receipt is also emailed as text to Customer Portal User. Have ability to reprint in the "Print Tab" of the customer portal, will print html on greyed out screen with option to close. December 15

O.PR.11.30.07.1- Routing Pages, Customer Portal prints with receipt only if "Upload" not chosen for "Sent Via". (If upload chosen, only receipt prints) Print 1 routing page for each document completed on order. Have ability to reprint in the "Print Tab" of both Customer Portal and Legal Suite. December 15

O.PR.11.30.07.4- Confirmation Page, Send attached to completed email, as face page with completed scanned documents to customer when uploaded. When customer or legalsutie reprints completed pages from Print Tab of Work Order Details, this confirmation page prints as first page. (Bar Code may not be needed) December 15

File, Completed Documents are named "Conformed Copies"

A.VEN.10.24.07.1- All 3 programs need to look and function the same as customer area. That means the area above the tabs. And tighten the names closer to the titles. We have this problem in many places.

A.VEN.11.02.07.1- Vendor/Affiliate Payments. We need to auto assign payments to orders. Rename "Orders" to "Type". Currently there are 2 types. Allow us to add types in utilities or codes. General and Affiliate, check boxes are fine. If affiliate is chosen we need to drop down a Add feature, similar to adding address, documents, status. This time we add "Product Codes", Job Type, Service Level, Vendor Amount, Multi Completed same Date, same time (check box for both) Vendor amount. Example: File, Same Day, $15.00, Multi Completed Same Date, $5.00. Example: Serve, Standard, $15.00, Multi Completed Same Date, Multi Completed Same Time, $5.00.

A.Ven.11.02.07.2- Vendor Invoice Approval, when approving vendor payment have option to enter vendor invoice, vendor invoice amount. If amount invoiced does not match amount auto paid, do not allow payment. Print daily report showing all vendor payments not approved. Most of this is alread there, Greg showed me on my vist. Columns, Work Order#, case #, Vendor Invoice #, Vendor Invoice Amount, Vendor Auto Pay, Amount Billed. Only allow checkbox for manuel approval at Management level.

Print Issues

G.PRINT.10.24.07.1- Orders need the page length controlled with page numbers.

G.PRINT.10.24.07.2- Invoices also need the page length controlled.

G.PRINT.11.01.07.1- Invoice Reprint sends the files into the reprint folder, which we do not print from. Send to the invoices folder.

G.PRINT.11.01.07.3- Research – WCAB always shows up and “Search the following court” no matter what court is in drop downs. “Copies” Plain or Certify do not show up on printed order. Also need to move text that is right indent over about ½ inch.

G.PRINT.11.01.07.4- All Orders – Special Instructions text should start right afte the field. Example: Special Instructions: Please File Today. Currently the text is indented to the other side.

G.Print.11.02.07.2- Printed Serve Order, "Party to Serve" only shows 1st 64 characters. Should show all. Edit

New Programs

B.IRRP.11.1.07.1-Invoice Register Reprint

1. Print and Email Activity - Tracks all emails sent and all print jobs. Searchable by Invoice/order number, Date, Cust number.

2. In New Order - Button to save as a quote. Move order to quote table or use a flag of Q in orders. There will be a listing program like Open orders with the ability to pull up and complete the order. This is why we asked to put the base price on the order.

3. We do need a way to process payments to Affiliates. This is more detailed. I estimate a few days to handle. 11/02 I have added something in Vendors. Please Review.

4. The GPS data will have to be put in. (few days, not urgent for this version)

5. The phone codes and WAP pages. 1 Day.

6. Activity report where you lookup an order and see all touches. (1 day)

7. Accounting data export. (1 day) 8. Licensing enforced. Destruction of old cookie on new login.

9. Database backup. Runs SQL script. Download of file.

10. Updates, does not have to be automatic for now, but we should have somewhere where it says another version is available. We really need to make sure all DB changes are scripted from here forward.

11. ARCU to confirm GL entries.

12. Zip Code, Can we add the database to “System Codes” So far we have a couple of zip codes that have showed up that are not on this database. If we have option to add a zip code with the necessary fields it would help.
