When an invoice is posted, an invoice register is generated for that post. If for some reason, you need to reprint the invoice register, make the menu selection
Billing⇒Invoice Register Reprint from the navigation bar.

Initially, the page displays a list of invoices that have the current date as the post date. You can also search for invoices by date or register number.
EditReprint an Invoice Register
1. Select to search by date or register number by clicking on the appropriate radio button. Only one can be selected.
2. If searching by date, the Start and End Dates are automatically defaulted to the current date. You can edit these dates by typing in the input field or selecting from the calendar icon. If searching by register number and you wish to find a single register, enter the same number for Start and End Register Numbers.
3. Click on the GO button to update the list of invoices shown with those that satisfy your search parameters.
4. Indicate which registers you wish to print by placing a check mark in the appropriate boxes in the left-most column. You can also check the check box at the header row to automatically check the boxes for all the registers listed.
5. Print To: Select from the pull-down menu where you would like the registers to be printed. You can print to the screen to view the registers before sending them to the printer. If you print to the screen, you can preview the registers with Adobe Reader, then either save them to your computer or send them to the printer.
6. Click on the SEND button to print the registers.
