Purpose

To import work order data into LegalSuite so that you do not have to create entries manually.

Overview

Through this menu selection, you have the ability to import data to create work order entries into the LegalSuite database rather than creating each entry manually. Make the menu selection Administration⇒Utilities⇒OrderImport from the navigation bar.

Import Work Order Data

To import data:
Items marked with an asterisk "*" are required fields. A valid value must be entered in each of these fields in order to import the data successfully.

1. Job Type - Select the type of job this work order is for.

2. Service Level - Select the level of service for this work order. By default, this field will automatically be filled in when a Job Type is selected. However, you can change the value.

3. Checkboxes - Mark the checkboxes for the entries that you wish to import data for. To chek all boxes at once, click on the checkbox at the column heading.

4. Click on the SAVE button to import data for the selected work orders.

Delete Work Order Data

To delete data:
1. Checkboxes - Mark the checkboxes for the entries that you wish to delete data for. To chek all boxes at once, click on the checkbox at the column heading.

2. Click on the DELETE button to delete data for the selected work orders.
